What do I need for the check-in kiosk?
Any tablet or computer with a modern browser and a camera. Sign it in from the Device login page with your device code and company code.
How will visitor and face data be stored?
Visitor records are kept in your company workspace. Face data is encrypted and is not shared with third parties.
Do visitors need to install an app?
No. Visitors check in at your kiosk or reception and receive a digital QR pass, with nothing to install.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
